NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

Life can be hectic and take a toll on your manicure. Your nails will last long if you take care of them. We do not give a refund or allow an exchange for any services performed if a nail has chipped or has even been broken. However, we will gladly fix it free of charge (remember to bring your stamp card has dated and the name technician who worked for you). You must come to the salon within 3 days after the service is provided. Please call during the 3 days period. Any day after, the charge is $ 3 each for gel and $4 and up each for dip or acrylic.

If you are unsatisfied with the services (length, shape, thickness, or color), please inform the technician immediately or speak to our manager. We will try our best to remedy the situation.

Our goal is to ensure that each service leaves you satisfied and happy. If you leave our salon without mentioning any dissatisfaction to our receptionist or manager, we consider that you have accepted and are happy with our services.
